Teacher Digital Record

This system stems from the need to create a digital structure to store the information regarding student academic records and transfer them between Autonomous Communities.

The Student Digital Records system meets the technical standards for electronic files as established by the National Interoperability Framework (Esquema Nacional de Interoperabilidad, ENI) and it has been designed to store all the information related to the academic history of students, both the legally required information and additional information whose use is optional.

The designed data model is divided into five categories:

• Identification data.
• Schooling data.
• Academic data.
• Information about attention to specific needs of educational support.
• Other relevant education and training related information.

A characteristic of this records transfer system is that it is not a centralized records warehouse, but a platform of communication between all involved systems. It establishes the records standard and manages the minimum information requirements for its functioning. The records of the student are stored in the systems of the establishment where the pupil is enrolled.

The data model that underlies this service, is published in an open way, in Portal de Administración Electrónica, from there you can consult and download all the technical information.
