The State Register of Non-university Educational Centres includes all schools, public and private, which provide formal non-university level education, as well as any other education centres whenever a statutory provision or a regulation so provides.
It is possible to obtain information about the non-university education centres and the type of education they provide. The search can be carried out at national, regional, provincial, and local level by using different criteria regarding the centre and the education it provides.
This information can be very useful for other applications that need to find out details about the centres and the education they provide.
The Educational Interoperability Node has developed a service which accesses the database of the register; this allows other applications to make an enquiry in an automated manner. This makes it possible for the Register to act as a reference tool for checking and retrieving standardized data.
